He was born on 24.12.1974 in Germany. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Bolu. He received his medical doctor degree from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1998. In the same year, Ege University Faculty of Medicine Radiodiagnostik A.D. He also started working as a radiology assistant. In 2000, he started his assistantship at Göztepe Training and Research Hospital 3rd Nisaiye Clinic in Istanbul and became a gynecology and obstetrics specialist in 2004. He completed his military service at the TSK J-Type Oran Dispensary in Ankara between 2004-2005. After his military service, S.B. worked for about a year. He worked at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital, 1st Gynecology Clinic. At the end of 2006, he started working as a faculty member at Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Medicine Research Hospital, Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2010. He came to Balıkesir in 2011 and worked in a private hospital for about a year. He served as a faculty member at Balıkesir University Faculty of Medicine from 2012 to December 2018. It has an in vitro fertilization certificate. Ertan ADALI, who speaks English, has articles published in national and international refereed journals. He is married and has two children.
